IntroductionA two-dish meal that's almost as easy as spaghetti! A two-dish meal that's almost as easy as spaghetti!
1 pinch of salt
1 tiny splash of olive oil
8 oz. pasta
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. soy-based buttery spread
1 tiny splash olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 cup broccoli
.5 cup peas, fresh or frozen
Added salt, pepper, Italian-type-seasonings
At the same time, toss frying pan with a little olive oil and set on medium-high heat. Add sliced bell peppers and broccoli; allow to cook, stirring often. Add peas and cook additional five minutes. Mix in optional seasonings, if desired. Combine with pasta and serve!
