Introduction

A beautifully colored salad with fresh herbs and balasamic vinegrette. A beautifully colored salad with fresh herbs and balasamic vinegrette.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Medium Red Tomatoes (about 4 cups of tom total)
    2 Medium Yellow Tomatoes
    2 Medium Heirloom Tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped Fresh Parsley
    1/2 cup of chopped or torn Basil
    1 1/2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
    2 tsp Fresh Thyme
    2 TBSP of Balsamic Vinegrette Salad Dressing

Directions

In a medium size bowl combine fresh herbs and aprox 4 cups of tomatoes. Drizzle with 2 TBSP of Vinegrette and toss gently.

Makes 8 -1/2 cup servings.
