Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts (1/2 breast) skinless, boness
    2 4 oz cans of mushrooms
    1 6 oz can of water chestnuts
    1 8 oz can of bamboo shoots
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 bell pepper, strips
    2 bags of frozen sugar snap pea stir fry veggies or comprable
    1 or 2 tbsp of cornstarch
    soy sauce to taste

Directions

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, slice onions and peppers

Stir Fry onions and peppers in Pam Butter Spray or comprable

Add chicken, cook until chicken is cooked through.

Add all ingredients except corn starch and soy sauce. Cook until well heated through.

Form a well in the middle of the vegetable/meat combination. Mix cornstarch with water and soy sauce. Pour into the well you've made in the veg/meat combination and stir in until cornstarch mixture thickens.

Serve over brown rice.
