My Very Berry Smoothie

Introduction

A snack full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants. A snack full of vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup silk juice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup grapefruit juice
    1 banana
    1 tbsp honey
    10 blackberries
    10 raspberries
    20 blueberries
    3 medium/large strawberries
    2 tbsp. cottage cheese, non fat
    1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, reduced fat

Tips

Add cinnamon powder and/or vanilla extract for a different flavor. You may place in ice pop molds and freeze for 4 hours.


Directions

Put everything in a blender and blend away. Serve chilled with a mint leave on top or a slice of orange.
