1 cup silk juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1 tbsp honey
3 medium/large strawberries
2 tbsp. cottage cheese, non fat
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter, reduced fat
Add cinnamon powder and/or vanilla extract for a different flavor. You may place in ice pop molds and freeze for 4 hours.
