Ingredients

You will need:
1/2 frozen ripe banana sliced
4 oz.. Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1/4 C Skim milk
1 scoop Chocolate Flavor Whey Protein Powder
1 Tbs. Ground Flax seed
1 Tbs. Peanut Butter (unsweetened-natural)
3-4 ice cubes
Directions
Simply combine all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth. This tastes just like you are drinking a banana split! It is one serving, or you can divide in half and have a healthy snack for two! Good source of calcium, good fats, fiber and protein. Enjoy!
