Ingredients

    Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices
    Cauliflower, cooked, 0.5 cup (1" pieces)
    Beef sausage, fresh, 10 grams
    *Vermicelli, 0.2 oz
    *Chinese beancurd sheet roll, 1 piece, 0.2 serving
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
    Leeks, 1 slice
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Pepper, white, 0.5 tsp
    Brown Sugar, 1 tsp packed
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    salty soy sauce 2 tbsp
    *Fishball, 1 serving
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

boil about 1/2 liter water in the large sauce pan
add carrots, wait until it is little bit tender
add cauli flower
add a fishball and sausage
add the garlic, ginger and shallots mixture (sauted)
add chicken broth and beancurd (sliced)
add mushroom, leeks, cilantro
season with salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, salty soy sauce
add a slice of lime when you garnish the dish its increasing the taste

sauted garlic, ginger and shallots mixture:
heat olive oil about 1 tbsp in your pan
saute the minced garlic, shallots and ginger
add this to your boiling water
