Banana Bread

Ingredients

    No need for a mixer for this recipe. Prehead over to 350 F. With a wooden spoon, mix butter in the the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and sald over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last , mix. Pour mixture into a buttered 4 x 8 in loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cook on a rack. Remove from the pan and slice to serve.

    Yield: Makes on loaf
    12 servings
    Approx 50 grams per serving/slice
