3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
3 medium carrots, sliced into bite size pieces
3 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1 tbsp minced onion
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp cumin
Mix soup, water, salt and pepper and spices and pour over top of all.
Cover and bake at 350 for 60-75 min, or until potatoes and carrots are tender.
