1.5 c frozen berry blend (Trader Joe's 'Very Cherry Berry blend')
1 c fresh blueberries
6 oz fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/4 c non-fat milk
3-6 ice cubes
Substitute a banana and orange juice for milk and yogurt for a boost.
Pulse to break up ice cubes, and add more to create a thicker consistency.
Serving Size: Makes 2 glasses.
