Ham, Swiss & Spinach Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

    *Hashbrowns, Southern Style (3 oz), 2 serving(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)(remove)
    Brummel & Brown, Original Spread made with Yogurt, 1 Tbsp, 1 serving(remove)
    *Birds eye spinach frozen 3.5 serving per box, 2 serving(remove)
    Honey Ham slices (10)Land O Frost, 2 serving(remove)
    Cheese, Jarlsberg Swiss Lite, 1 slice, 4 serving(remove)
    EggLand's Best - Organic - Large Brown Egg, 8 serving(remove)
    *Kirkland Signature Whole Milk, .5 serving(remove)
    *Kirkland Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, .5 cup(remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 6 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2")(remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove(remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp(remove)

Directions

1.) Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
2.) Add onions and hasbrowns, cook until browned.
3.) Meanwhile mix eggs, yogurt, milk, cheese (in pieces) and spices into bowl.
4.) Add spinach, asparagus, and ham to the pan and saute until warmed through.
5.) Add contents of pan to bowl and pour in large glass pie plate.
6.) Bake at 325 until done (30-45 minutes).
7.) Optional: Top with hollandaise or more cheese.
