Whole Wheat Rotini 1.5 cup (cooked) Baby Carrots (6), 1.5 oz Cauliflower, 1 cup Celery .5 cup Spinach, fresh, 1 cup Onions chopped fine .25 cup Milk, 2%, .25 cup Sharp Cheese Shredded, 8 tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese 1 oz
Bring water to a boil. Add rotini, carrots cauliflower and celery. Cook 6 minutes. Drain and place in bowl while still hot. Mix in shredded cheese. In the mean time, slowly melt cream cheese in sauce pan. Add onions and cook 3minutes. Add milk a stir until hot. Pour over rotini and veggie mixture. Use cooking spray to coat a small square baking dish. Bake at 325 for 45 mins. stirring once.
