Zucchini Veggie Dip

Ingredients

    2 medium zucchinis, cut up into chunks
    1/3 cup tahini
    1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
    2 T olive oil
    2-3 garlic cloves
    1/2 T ground cumin
    2 T nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions

Put it all into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Dip celery, red peppers or any veggies into it, or use as a sauce over chicken or pasta.

Serving Size: makes about (6) half cup servings
