Ingredients

    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium (remove)
    *Summer Squash, 1 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .33 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *Fresh Sugar Snap Peas, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Asparagus fresh (12 spears), 24 serving (remove)
    Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup (remove)

Directions

cut and chop veggies to your liking, melt butter and olive oil in skillet, saute all veggies on medium heat until crisp tender. serve with pasta and alfredo, steak and potato, etc.
