    450g ground turkey
    1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
    125g zucchini, coarsely grated
    2 eggs
    1/4 c coconut milk
    1/3 c coconut flour
    Black pepper
    Mustard powder
    Chili
    Tumeric
    Paprika


Directions

Fry onion.
Mix rest.
Add coconut flour last for a Meat-loaf texture.
16 muffin tray @ 180 deg for 20 mins
