Ingredients

    2 cups Chicken breast
    1 cup diced granny smith apples
    1/2 cups diced Celery
    1/4 cup raisins
    2 tbsp chopped green onions
    1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
    1 tbsp fat free sour cream
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

1. Combine the first five ingredients in a large bowl
2. In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients stirring well with a whisk.
3. Add mayonnaise mixture to chicken mixture, tossing well to coat.
