    1/2 c onion, chopped
    1 can salmon (14.5 oz)
    1 T parsley, chopped
    2 T butter (or coconut butter)
    Salt and pepper
    3 c chicken broth
    16 oz frozen broccoli
    1 c heavy cream (or coconut cream)


Saute onion in butterl. Add chicken broth, parsley, salt, pepper and broccoli. Cook until broccoli is done. Add salmon and cream and bring to a boil. Serve garnished with chopped egg (not included in nutrition counts) and cayenne.

Serving Size: 4 large servings
