Moose (banana) muffin

Introduction

Basic banana muffin, not a low-fat version. Basic banana muffin, not a low-fat version.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 c flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4 c white sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 large bananas
    1/3 c butter
    1 egg

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Line pan with muffin liners.
3. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside.
4. Combine mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
5. Mix flour and banana mixtures.
6. Scoop into muffin liners.
7. Bake for 25-30 mintures.

Serving Size: makes 12 muffins
