Ingredients

    1 Jiffy corn muffin mix (240g)
    1/4 cup Eggbeaters
    1/3 cup nonfat milk
    1.5 cups fresh blueberries

Directions

Put batter is 7 muffin pan spots, sprayed with Pam. Bake in regular oven, 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
