Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough DIP

Ingredients

    1 can (~420 g) garbanzo beans, rinsed
    1/4 c peanut butter
    1-2 tablespoons splenda brown sugar
    2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 tsp imitation vanilla
    2 tabelspoons ground flaxseed

    1/3 c mini chocolate chips

Tips

Directions

Using a great food processor (not blender), combine all ingredients, except mini chocolate chips. Optional ingredients include flax seed or oatmeal: grind these in the food processor with the other ingredients for a nutrient boost.

Mix in chips and chill for desired length of time, but can be eaten immediately.

Serving Size: 8 equal portions
