vanilla, stevia, other flavorings to taste

Directions

Combine pumpkin, egg whites, and your flavorings (I like to use toffee liquid stevia) in a microwavable dish. Microwave for 3 minutes or until cooked through.

This was a good snack! Be warned that it doubles in size - so use a large enough bowl or cup. I flavored mine with pumpkin pie spice and vanilla stevia, and I topped it with a little bit of whipped cream. - 6/9/12
