    2 tsp salt
    1.5 C warm water
    2 T vegetable oil
    2 t honey
    3 1/8 C whole wheat flour
    3/4 C spelt flour
    1/4 C rye flour
    1/4 C oatmeal
    1/8 C cornmeal
    1/3 C gluten flour
    2 t active dry yeast


Add ingredients into bread maker in order. Use 2 pound basic bread setting.

Serving Size: Makes a 2 pound loaf in Breadman bread maker. Approximately 16 slices.
