Introduction

The fruit added to this is frozen. The fruit added to this is frozen.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Frozen mango pieces, approx 1.5 cups
    frozen banana half
    1 1/4 cup nonfat milk
    1 cup 2% yogurt
    1 T orange juice concentrate

Tips

I use orange concentrate for convenience. If you want a less sweet result omit it.


Directions

Put all in blender. Let it sit for 5 min to soften fruit slightly. Blend until smooth.


Serving Size: Make 4 servings of about 1.25 cups
