gluten free chicken pot pieless insides

Ingredients

    19 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs, cubed
    160 g frozen mixed vegetables
    85 g onion diced
    107 g carrot, cut diagonally
    1 tsp magi chicken bouillon
    1 tsp corn starch
    Seasonings to taste

Directions

Place chicken chunks in non-stick pan and cook till mostly done. Add vegetables to pan and continue to cook. Add in any seasonings along with the bouillon and corn starch. Cook until juices thicken, serve over whatever bread you like. I used Bob's gluten free cornbread.
