Garlic Rosemary Quorn Chik'n

Ingredients

    1 bag Quorn Chik'n tenders
    4 tbsp olive or grapeseed oil
    6 cloves garlic, diced
    fresh rosemary leaves
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup white wine
    1 cup organic vegetable broth

Directions

Brown 1 bag of Quorn Chik'n chunks in olive oil or grapeseed oil
add diced garlic until browned
add fresh rosemary, wine and broth.
simmer until all liquid is absorbed.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes or quinoa if desired.
