Italian style tuna

Introduction

Use this in sandwiches, or in a lush green salad. It's different, but it's rather tasty :)

Greek yogurt i a great substitute for mayo!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Can of tuna, drained
    Non-fat greek yogurt
    Tomato paste
    crushed garlic
    Oregano (to taste)
    Basil (optional but delicious)
    Sundried tomatoes (optional but delicious)

Tips

keep in mind, your nutrients and calorie count may vary depending on which ingredients you use :)


Directions

Mix yogurt, tomato paste, garlic, and other ingredients together until smooth. Add in drained tuna. Mash with fork until desired consistency is reached. add more tuna or tomato paste if you want. Then enjoy
