Introduction

For something quick I do this.. For something quick I do this..
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    5 bone in chicken breast
    1 big sliced onion
    1-2 tbls house season (garlic, salt,pepper,cumin, what ever you have on hand)
    1/2 c Badia mojo
    canola oil spray

Tips

you can add fresh seasons, potatoes veggie to it what ever you have on hand..


Directions

I seaon chicken with season and mojo and let it hang out for 30 mins. brown it on a pan then tranfer to slow cooker. saute onion just a bit then put in slow cooker.
add water, broth or wine just about an inch cover and cook for 4- 6 hours..
