Home made Pork Sausage

Introduction

You could make this less fat and calories by using pork tenderloin. I just used what I had o hand. You could make this less fat and calories by using pork tenderloin. I just used what I had o hand.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz. ground pork
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. morton lite salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Combine spices in a spice grinder and grind to a fine powdr.
Add to ground pork with a couple of table spoons of water to help mix the spices with the pork.

Preheat a skillet to med heat and patty sausage into four patties or cook crumbled.
If crumbled divide into four servings or use in your favortie sausage dish.

Serving Size: Makes 4- 2 oz. patties.
