Low Sodium Pork Sausage

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz. ground pork( to lower fat and calories use ground pork tendeloin)
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper and morton lite salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 tbsp of ice water
    1 tbsp. canola oil

Directions

Preheat oil in skillet over med. heat.
Meanwhile mix spices in spice grinder and grind to a fine powder. In mixing bowl add pork and spices. Add a little water at a time and thoroughly mix the spices into the pork.

Shape into patties or scramble in pan and use as desired.

Serving Size: Makes 4- 2 oz. servings.
