Low fat cole slaw

Ingredients

    258 g green cabbage, finely shredded
    3 Tbsp fat free sour cream
    1 Tbsp mayo
    1 oz lemon juice
    1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    1.5 tsp sugar
    then season to taste
    I used dill weed, caraway seed (crushed), garlic, salt , pepper, and onion powder

Directions

Shred cabbage as thinly as possible and add to bowl. Next in a separate bowl mix the remaining ingredients together until well blended. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate to marry flavors 2 hours or up to overnight, the longer the better.
