Quick Pigs in a Blanket

Ingredients

    4 Cups - Cabbage, fresh,chopped
    1/2 Cup - *White Rice, medium grain,
    1 Pound - Ground beef, lean,
    2 1/2 Tbsp - Onions, raw, chopped
    1 1/2 Cans - Tomato Soup,
    1/2 Cup - Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

1. Brown the ground beef , rice and onions -set aside and drain
2. Cut or chop fresh cabbage place in an 8" x 12" x 2" dish.
3. Cover cabbage with the ground beef and rice and then pour the tomato soup over the mixture.
after warming the soup.
4. Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over the mixture and place in a 350 degree preheated oven for 1 hour.


Serving Size: 10 Servings -1 cup
