Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large sweet onions, sliced very thin
    3/4 cups ground flaxseed
    3/4 cups sunflower seeds, ground
    2 TBSP Nama Shoyu
    2 TBSP water
    2 TBSP olive oil, cold pressed
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast

Directions

In a Food Processor add the sunflower seeds and flaxseed and grind to a flour. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spread on 2 dehydrator sheets and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8-12 hours, or until dry.
