Ingredients

    Jarlsburg light cheese - about 0.25 lb
    Low fat mayonaise - 4 tablespoons
    Regular Mayonaise - 2 tablespoons
    Shallot - 1 tablespoon finely diced

Tips

added regular mayonaise for flavor as I found the low fat lacking in taste


Directions

shread cheese, add to bowl
add finely chopped shallots
add mayonaise
stir well
enjoy
