Clean Tofu stir fry

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    200g fresh broccoli (cooked)
    100 g firm tofu
    50g sliced fresh brown mushrooms
    50g bell pepper
    1 medium carrot, cut to small, thin sticks
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 cloves minced garlic
    3 tbsps soy sauce
    1.5 tbspy olive or sesame oil
    salt and chili pepper powder to season

Directions

Heat wok and add olive oil, add onions and stir fry for about 1 minute, add pepper, carrots, mushrooms and garlic, stirfry untill vegetables are tender but not overcooked. Add cooked broccoli and tofu, stirfry all ingredients for about 1 minute before adding the soy sauce. Season to taste with salt and chili powder. Serve with brown or basmati rice.
