Skillet Cajun Basa

Ingredients

    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    3/4 cup green peppers chopped
    2 1/2 cups tomato chopped or sliced
    250g Aqua star Basa Fillets
    1 tbsp cajun spice

Tips

You can use any type of white fish including flounder or talipia.


Directions

In a deep skillet cook onion and garlic in olive oil on med. heat until soft. Add tomato, peppers and spices and cook for about 2-3 min. Lay fish in sauce and cover and cook on med-low until fish flakes easily. (about 12 - 15 min). To serve put fish on dish and pour some sauce over top.
