Pasta with sausage sauce

Ingredients

    1 lb. Farfalle (bowtie) pasta
    1-32 oz jar Ragu sauce (or homemade marinara sauce)
    1 lb. Italian Sausage removed from casing
    1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

In a saucepot, put olive oil to warm.
Add sausage meat & cook until it changes color.
Then add the jar of sauce.
Let this cook on low to medium heat for about 45 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the Farfalle pasta as directed on package.
When pasta is cooked, drain well.
Take sauce off heat and add pasta to the sauce, mixing well.
Serve with grated parmesan or romano cheese to taste.
