    4 c (10 oz) cabbage, shredded
    2 T butter
    4 T sour cream
    1 egg yolk
    1 packet splenda (2 t sweetness)
    2 t lemon juice


Cook cabbage in butter until tender-crisp. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over cabbage. Heat until warm and serve.
