Crockpot Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    Tomatoes, Canned, Crushed 58 oz
    Tomato Sauce, Canned, 29 oz
    Tomato Paste, small can
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 4 cloves minced
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Onion powder, .5 tsp
    Fresh Parsley, 2 tbsp
    Dried Basil, .5 tsp.
    Italian Seasoning, .5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp (optional...I omit this!)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Tips

This is NOT a sweet sauce

This freezes very well.


Directions

Saute' garlic and onion in oil. Add paste and mix well. Place in crockpot and add all other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and cook on low at least 6 hours. Serve on whole wheat pasta....
