    shiritaki noodles or konnyaku noodles are carb free and can be purchased at Asian food stores. They are much like rice noodle, but are purchased already soft. They are great. Enjoy


cube pork, stirfry 5 minutes and move to side of pan. Add beaten egg and scramble, saute onion, cabbage, thinly sliced carrots, peas and mushrooms for 5 minutes, Add soya sauce and remove from heat. Toss in sesame oil
