Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Any mix-ins you'd like to add (not in nutrition count)

Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease muffin tin.
Mix together the egg, milk, and oil in a bowl. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined. Batter will have some lumps. Add any mix-in you desire.
Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes then remove muffins from pan to cool completely.
