Meat Sauce

Ingredients

    1lb ground round
    1 can of tomato paste 6 oz
    2 tbs basil
    4 cloves garlic
    1 oz onion
    .25 tbsp oregano
    18 oz water
    1 tsp salt
    dash black pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef till cooked, add salt and pepper. Put the garlic ,onion and spices in food processor until finely minced or liquefied according to your taste add to meat and heat on low add tomato paste and water till thoroughly mixed and heat and medium till hot then lower to simmer setting for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
