Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    *Arrowhead Mills Organic Steel Cut Oats, 0.20 cup(remove)
    *Wheat Bran, Hodgson Mill Unprocessed Wheat Bran, 15 gram(s)(remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, 0.20 cup(remove)
    Barley, pearled, raw, 0.15 cup(remove)
    Millet, 0.15 cup(remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, 0.15 cup(remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tbsp(remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp(remove)
    Raisins, .25 cup, packed(remove)
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)

Tips

I use 3T of first 3 grains and 2T of next 3 grains on the list. you may find that you want to add more grains as well-we are up to 9 grains somedays and I just divide up the T per grain.


Directions

put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on medium for 4-6 hours. (may hold raisins until after if desired and apples are a good addition too although this recipe does not account for it) and serve!
