  • Just made this with a dash of vanilla. Definitely have been looking for something sweet to kill my cravings for sugary treats. Next time, I'm going to grind up some almonds, mixed with a little butter to make a nice crust and use this recipe for a full cheesecake! - 3/19/13

  • I used FF with 1/3 f cream cheese, lemon juice and a little rind; put in the oven and refrigerated. I cheated and added sugar instead, but less than equivalent. This tasted just like the full fat cheesecake I used to make. I added some chocolate chips for the kids. I will be making this alot more. - 1/13/13

Very good. Added some frozen blueberries to try and bulk it up a bit. Only complaint is a lot of calories for not many bites. Will try the fat free next time - 3/7/12

This was, hands down, the most disgusting thing I have made from this entire website. Why not just eat the cream cheese plain? Bc that's all it tasted like. I felt like I needed a bagel and some lox! Absolutely, horribly, awful. I threw it away after one bite and will NEVER make it again. - 8/1/11

  • I used 1 1/2 packets of Stevia, few drops of lemon, couple of drops of vanilla, a couple of dashes of powdered cinnamon, and 2 of my kids gerber graduates graham animal crackers crumbled. It was alright, but I'm a HUGE cheesecake fan and I think nothing can replace the real thing. But that's just me - 4/23/11

  • So great. I used a touch of vanilla and stevia sweetener - Stevia packs a much stronger punch than other sweeteners so I only used half a packet. It was delish! - 3/14/11

  • OMG! LOVED IT!! didnt have any sour cream and i added a drop of lemon juice and a drop of vanilla and only used 1/2 a packet of "PureVia" and it was awesome!! - 3/10/11

  • Great for satisfying my LowCarb sweet-Tooth. I used the larger size cream cheese tub w/2 over-the-top Tbsp of sour cream, 4 pkts of Nevella w/probiotics (sucralose), and 1 pkt of Truvia, I also added several splashes of Lime and Lemon juice from bottles. It was thick but satisfied the craving. - 3/2/11

Really good. Didn't like when it was warm from microwaving the cream cheese. I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and was delicious. Added a crushed rectangle of graham crackers on bottom and fresh blue berries on top. Also added some vanilla and didn't like so added lemon juice. Will make again. - 2/27/11
