Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

    24 oz Pork Loin
    Meat Rub sprinkled on loin
    3 tsp Minced Garlic
    1/2 cup water
    4 T. Trader Joes Sesame Soy Ginger Salad Dressing
    8 Sandwich Thins

Directions

Place meat, rub, garlic, water and dressing in crock pot and set to low. Let cook for 6 to 8 hours. When done cooking, pull pork with two forks and stir into liquid in the the pot.

Serving Size: Makes 8 sandwiches
