6 oz Greek Yogurt
6oz Light Mayo w/ Olive Oil
Half small can of Water Chesnuts (diced)
Half cup of Parsley
Half cup of chives or green onions (chopped)
Season with garlic, sea salt, pepper to taste.
I also like to chop up the floret part of broccoli & spinach too for this.
