Whole Wheat Crepes

The versatile crape , it's not just for breakfast !
Fill with cottage cheese and fresh fruit or cooked chicken and vegies YUMMMMMMMMMM !

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 well beaten eggs
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 cups milk
    dash salt

Tips

These freeze well for a quick meal. Layer them between wax paper and place flat in a zip lock bag till ready to use. Enjoy!


Directions

Using an electric mixer beat the eggs on high for one minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat for an additional two minutes.

Spray a 9 inch frying pan with Pam ( oil spray) and heat till med hot.

****be sure to reapply spray between each new crepe

pour in 1/2 cup of batter and grntly rotate pan to coat the bottom evenly. In about 2-3 minutes it should be ready to flip and just a quick fry on the other side then it's ready to stack on a side plate till the rest are cooked and ready to fill.





Serving Size: makes 9 servings at 1/2 cup of batter each
