3 well beaten eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1.5 cups milk
These freeze well for a quick meal. Layer them between wax paper and place flat in a zip lock bag till ready to use. Enjoy!
Spray a 9 inch frying pan with Pam ( oil spray) and heat till med hot.
****be sure to reapply spray between each new crepe
pour in 1/2 cup of batter and grntly rotate pan to coat the bottom evenly. In about 2-3 minutes it should be ready to flip and just a quick fry on the other side then it's ready to stack on a side plate till the rest are cooked and ready to fill.
Serving Size: makes 9 servings at 1/2 cup of batter each
