Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

    water ,6C
    cabbage 1 med. head
    bacon,4 med. slices.cut into pieces
    potatoes 3 med. diced
    carrots,2 med.,sliced
    celery 2 med.ribs, diced



Directions

Saute bacon in large pan till golden.
Add water and all vegetables. Bring to a rolling boil then simmer for 1 hr. During last 15 min. of cook time add 1 T. flour for thickening.
