Chicken and Bean Chili

Introduction

This is a great go to recipe when you have a potluck, as it stays well on low on a crock pot. This is a great go to recipe when you have a potluck, as it stays well on low on a crock pot.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package taco seasoning
    1 large jar of salsa
    1 4oz can of green chilies
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    8 ounces pepper jack cheese
    2 cans Northern White Beans

Tips

If you combine this on the stove in a large pot, then watch that it doesn't burn. If you aren't stirring the cheese tends to burn on the bottom.


Directions

Cook your chicken, I bake mine at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then shred your pepper jack cheese.
Shred the chicken with 2 forks, you can cut them into chunks, I just think it tastes better shredded.
Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan on the stove, or in a crock pot.
It is done when it is well combined and the cheese is melted.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
