Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients

    4 c. butternut squash, peeled and cubed
    2 tsp. olive oil
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1T. dried rosemary

Directions

Toss squash with remaining ingredients. Roast at 450 degrees for approximately 40-50 minuted or until done.
