* Broccoli, fresh, 150 grams
* Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
* Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 30 grams
* Egg, fresh, 2 medium
* Oat Bran, 15 grams (a heaped TBSP)
Cut cheese into small pieces.
Beat up eggs with milk, then add oat bran and mix.
Heat olive oil, add broccoli and add egg mixture and add cheese after 1 minute.
Cook 2-3 more minutes, until it is solid.
Serving Size: Makes one 2-cup serving
