Spicy Tilapia

Introduction

I hate fish. I've tried and tried and tried to like it, but I hate it. However, I love this recipe! It's the only fish recipe that I have found that I love. That and canned tuna mixed with tons of mayo, celery and onion. Go figure. I hate fish. I've tried and tried and tried to like it, but I hate it. However, I love this recipe! Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Tilapia fillets or other white fish
    2 Tbs Light Mayonnaise
    1/4 C Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
    1/4 C Salsa
    1/2 t Pepper



Tips

I usually serve this with brown rice and steamed broccoli or salad.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and top each fillet. Place fillets in a foil lined sheet pan or any oven safe baking dish. You might want to spray with a little olive oil before laying the fish down. (not included in the nutritional info)

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
